Once we address the trauma,  understanding the causes may eventually help you to work on your relationships, decrease symptoms like PTSD, and empower you to regain a sense of control, resilience, and a healthier outlook on your future path.

This therapy can be done in groups or one-on-one, making it flexible and accessible. It’s a safe method that addresses both trauma and addiction without requiring clients to relive their painful memories in detail.
